ghastly radiance.

Far away in a land of decay
a world full of death
between all a slight difference
there's just wasteland
out of nothing - nothing.
With the time
death and nothing absorb each other.

Replacement of a time
all I was
given away for something easier
feelings, unknown thoughts
drowning in place - abandoned.

It changed. The taste of
youth, innocence, curiosity
not missed from the once possessor
held back from a world; surrounded from
whiffs of smoke - failure
but not seen, it lingers deep down
a masquerade of apathy.
